FOR PARTIES AND EVENTS

At The Pottery Clay café your deposits will be applied towards your final balance due on the day of your event. Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the date reserved and notify us at least 72 hours in advance, we will gladly work with you to reschedule one time with no penalty.

No shows will not receive a refund.

At The Pottery Clay café please understand that we are an art studio and that any type of project you are doing is made by you and there will be imperfections.

This is the beauty of art.

We do no not offer refunds on mosaics, pottery ,wine glasses and candles , all sales are considered final.
